We advise you to be at the departure point 40 minutes before the trip to collect your tickets and wristbands, as we are not responsible for delays.

The Berlengapass fee is not included in the ticket price, so you must register at berlengaspass.icnf.pt

Do I need to book the trip?

We always recommend booking, preferably online, to ensure your trip.

Does the ticket price cover the ICNF fee?

The Berlengapass fee is not included in the ticket price, so you should register at berlengaspass.icnf.pt.

Where can I pick up my tickets?

Tickets and wristbands are picked up 40 minutes before boarding at stand 3, BerlengaTur, located at the Peniche Marina.

How can I make the payment?

Payment can be made by ATM, cash, or MbWay.

How early do I need to be at the stand for boarding?

You should be there 40 minutes before the boarding time, as we are not responsible for delays.

Can the schedules change?

Schedules may change due to changes in sea conditions.

Can BerlengaTur cancel the trip?

The trip will only be canceled if sea conditions do not allow for safe travel, due to vessel breakdowns, or for other reasons beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided to the customer.

Can I get a refund for my trip?

A refund will be guaranteed if the cancellation is by Berlengatur;
In the case of the customer, a refund will only be made with 48 hours’ notice.

Can I bring my pet to the island?

Berlenga Island is a nature reserve, so pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

What is the procedure in case of loss or damage to personal belongings?

BerlengaTur is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings, such as mobile phones, cameras, tablets, and other electronic devices, which should be stored or handled safely.

What should I bring with me to Berlenga Island?

Comfortable shoes, water, and sunscreen are essential items not to forget.

Can I visit the Fort of São João Batista?

Yes. The entrance fee to visit the Fort is €1.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, there is paid parking next to our stand. The ticket costs €2 for 5 hours. From July 15 to August 10, access is limited due to the Peniche festivities.
