Tiago holds a degree in Tourism Marketing and has been part of BerlengaTur since 2021. He works as a sailor on our catamaran and also leads cave tours and guided island walks, always with dedication and good humor.

Sérgio is one of the managers at BerlengaTur, master of our catamaran, and responsible for leading the onboard team. With a strong connection to the sea and many years of experience navigating between Peniche and the Berlengas, he ensures that each crossing is safe, efficient, and enjoyable.

Rodrigo holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and has been with the company since 2021. He is a sailor on the catamaran and also leads guided tours around the island. He is energetic, charismatic, and always ready to help.
Margarida has a degree in Sports and has been part of the BerlengaTur team since 2021. She is a sailor on our catamaran, leads cave tours, and guides visitors along the trails of Berlenga Island — always with energy and a smile on her face.
Passionate about sports, especially nautical activities, Margarida is a constant and lively presence in our experiences. Active, cheerful, and always ready to help, she ensures each tour is as informative as it is fun, with the safety and good vibes that characterize her so well.
With a degree in Tourism Marketing, Margarida has been part of the BerlengaTur team since 2021. She is part of the sales department and also provides daily support to those who contact us with questions, requests, or bookings — always with enthusiasm and good humor.

Lina is one of the managers at BerlengaTur and the face that ensures everything runs smoothly—both in and out of the water. Responsible for the offices, customer service, and activity organization, she coordinates, resolves, and oversees every detail with attention and dedication.

Leonardo has a degree in Tourism and has been part of the company since 2023. He is a sailor and conducts guided tours and visits to the caves on the island. He loves football, especially Benfica, and is very playful and friendly.
Gustavo has a computer science degree and has been part of the team since 2025.
He is a sailor on our catamaran and also conducts guided tours along the trails of Berlenga Island.
He’s someone who has been connected to the sea since childhood, which is where his passion for this profession comes from. He’s very friendly and loves chatting with customers, always eager to learn about the different cultures of the people who visit.
Bernardo has a degree in Sports and has been part of the company since 2023. He is a sailor on the Catamaran and also conducts guided tours and visits to the caves. He is a friendly, fun person with a great love for the sea.
André has a multimedia degree, which is one of his passions. He has been part of the team since 2025, but has been involved in this field since 2022.
He is responsible for the Avenida store, where he is part of the sales department.
